“We reserved 1 room for 1 night while traveling home from Florida. Everything was confirmed on Expedia and the Hotel manager at Days Inn confirmed they had the reservation. Days Inn decided to give the room to someone else, so when we arrived they had no rooms left.
We had to travel another 45 minutes to find another hotel with a room available.
We still have not received a refund from Days Inn.
I travel weekly for work and will never use Days Inn again.”
“Beware: your accommodations will most likely NOT be what you booked. Every person that checked in on the day we did that said they used Expedia said they had an issue. We booked a king bed and were put in a double. We moved the double beds together and noticed they renovated the hotel with the beds still in the rooms. There was dry wall plaster EVERYWHERE. It’s not a bad hotel, the staff were nice. Your accommodation will more than likely not be what you wanted. I’ve never left a poor review on……
“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”
“We have stayed here multiple times. This last time it was not as clean as before. Floors in the lobby were dirty. Carpets are stained in hallway. The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom was dusty and had hair and a bug on the floor.”
