“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“We stayed here while attending a conference in the area. It worked fabulous for us. We rented all areas of the home and we had plenty of privacy. The main floor with no bedrooms was amazing to have because people could sleep and the other staff still had somewhere to hang out. The house is a close walk to a ton of food, bars, and activities. The neighborhood was friendly and social. Don’t expect to find street parking is about the only downside. ”

“The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Clean and welcoming home! Fun to gather and enjoy each other's company in the living, dining & kitchen area. We did not use basement at all. We had the unfortuate experience with trash day in the neighborhood and lets just say, more trash made it on the sidewalks and streets than should have, a City issue. There are a couple small maintence things, easy to live with. We would have liked to use fireplace, but told not to attempt to……

“WORST EXPERIENCED EVER IN MY LIFE!! The owner did not answer any of my messages. He never showed up. When Expedia Customer Service finally reached him, he denied having a reservation, he refused to give me my money back and I had to look for another accommodation 30 ”
