Not having a non slip tape in the tub that has a rounded bottom made me almost fall out of the shower twice. Non swiveling TV. Rock Hard Metal Spring Mattress. Get memory foam already. Expensive Parking and or Valet Homeless everywhere on streets made it fell uncomfortable to walk the streets.

No shampoo in the shower, pillowcases weren’t on 2 pillows, towels weren’t folded but left on the entertainment console, tv didn’t work properly, all upon check-in. 1 of the 3 elevators Amy in service all weekend so sometimes had to wait 10 mins to get to our room or the lobby.

In general we had a good experience staying at Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center City-Convention Center. Room was spaciuos and cosy, staff was supportive and took care of extra child bed without hesitation. Few things for improvement - sofa bed had stains on it, sink was a bit clogged so wasn’t draining too well and we’ve missed veggies during breakfast. Other than that excellent experience.

Area around the hotel is average city. Felt completely fine walking around. Close by to transportation and Reading Terminal Market. Only one odd thing. We were staying for two nights and our room did not get serviced on the one day we were there. Don't know if they were short staffed or just fully booked.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the convention center that hosted a conference I was attending. Overall my stay was good, but for a little more money I will stay at a nicer hotel next time. The two biggest areas for improvement are: 1) the area has a lot of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks, however they never hastled me. 2) The hotel doesn't sell bottled water, their convenient store sells everything else but water.

I had a horrible experience . We booked for a king room only to get to the hotel room and realize they put us in a double bedded room. The tub was rusty and old , the room was muggy and there were 2 flies in there . I called down to see if we can be switched out only for them to tell me they were at capacity and thats why they put us in that room. The next i called to see if we can be accommodated for a late check out and the woman stated no. I then asked for towels . No one came. I called down again and stated no one brought towels and check out is suppose to be for 11. They then said theyd extend it to 11:45. Overall it was a horrible experience and customer service was a mess
