Our gated complex provides a very large heated pool and spa with ample seating and shade, a private fitness center, and outdoor community spaces. We are located in the heart of the Kierland area in Scottsdale, AZ. We are a short walk to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter which are homes to the best restaurants and shopping in Scottsdale. We are also very close to TPC Scottsdale, WestWorld, The Westin Golf Course, The Promenade, major highways and several medical facilities.
Open floorplan with a fully-equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining room, living room, and back patio. The hallway off of the living room leads to the guest bedroom on the left, guest bathroom on the right, and the master suite at the end. Master suite has an oversized, dual-vanity bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower areas and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen smart TVs. The living room seats 5-6 adults comfortably with a gas fireplace and smart TV.
