Clean Grill after use. ( it will be our pleasure to clean the grill for you for an additional $25 charge fee)

$50 charge for any cigarettes buds on the back yard / front yard cleaning
Any body fluid clean up $25-$100 fee

Check out is before 11am
Late check out possible with host approval

If you are having people over please be respectful to neighbors.
All cars parked in front of neighbors driveways will be towed. Please stay inside or in the back yard with groups bigger than 5 after 10pm.
