Stay in the heart of convenience — just 13 minutes from ASU’s Tempe campus, 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, and 20 minutes to Downtown Phoenix. Whether you’re here for work, school visits, sports, or just some desert sunshine, this home is perfectly located with easy freeway access to get you anywhere in the Valley. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers comfort for groups of all kinds — families, friends, or business travelers. Relax in the private backyard pool and lounge area, perfect for cooling off or enjoying Arizona evenings. Parking is a breeze with a driveway and garage available for your use. Inside, you’ll find all the essentials to make your stay stress-free and comfortable. Come experience a clean, welcoming home base while you explore all that Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix have to offer! Friendly Reminder: A $250 refundable security deposit will be pre-authorized at check-in and released after checkout, provided there’s no damage to the home.Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, as some credit cards may take a bit longer to process. Hi there! A couple of quick notes to help make your stay smooth and keep things comfortable for everyone: Parking – Please limit to 3 cars max (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Street Parking could potential be towed. Thank you! No Smoking Indoors – Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If smoking is discovered indoors, there will be a $500 fine. No Parties – Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and large gatherings aren’t allowed.
