“Beautiful boutique hotel that keeps its historic charm. Large room, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you have a hard time with stairs, make sure you book a first floor room are no elevators. Restaurant was very good and super convenient. Washington square is steps away and you can walk to many attractions.”

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“My husband and I have stayed at this amazing airbnb a couple of times, this time my sister and I went back East on holiday and I HAD to stay here again! I was so excited for her to experience the atmosphere, ambiance, beauty of the this immaculate place. The outdoor garden area is amazing & serene. The indoors is beautifully decorated, a museum is the way i would describe it. Now for the hosts Ahn & Roland are incredible! Friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable. The breakfast they serve is……

“The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area……

“Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood……
