"A beautiful cottage in a great setting. Thank you for putting up Christmas decorations it made the stay more special. One thing that I found irksome were the church bells peeling every 2 hours through the night. Definitely would return"

"Parking directly outside, shops 5 min walk away. A minor property fault was fixed straight away by owner. Very nice bedroom which had a lot of light leakage but was much quieter than reviews led me to expect. A cosy cottage which had all we needed for our 2 night stay."

"This is a brilliant place, little gem in Pickering!!! Straight across from Pickering rail station which was perfect for our steam train day out. The property is decorated to a very high standard and the fixtures and fittings the same - really nice, spacious, modern kitchen and airy lounge/dining. Bedrooms all a good size and the beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding, we slept amazing. Access to the hot tub was from the kitchen and was so easy to use - we had a fabulous experience seen as the cold weather and snow was in the forecast......unbelievable.We needed for nothing, all day-to-day essentials were provided and he onsite instructions really clear, especially directions to the free station car park up the road.You've done a very good job here Tom, we were all really impressed and had a lovely mini-break.....thank you!!!"

"The house exceeded our expectations. It is ideally located for walking into the town centre, even for me with limited mobility. We loved its period charm, large rooms, tasteful decoration and furniture. We especially enjoyed sitting in the conservatory watching the birds in the garden, and chilling at night watching one of the large screen tvs that had a huge range of channels. We hope to book again for next year and can thoroughly recommend."
