“First room, beach side door didnt work at all. Put us in different room and beach door worked from inside only key would not let you back in so we had to walk all the way around or leave door open if we went out to beach. We had a water drain off right in front of room so every time it rained it flooded right in front of our door tracking water into room. Only had 2 towels for 4 guest and had to return them in order to get new ones. Wasn't the end of the world but for what I spent I thought it……

“Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom……

“When I booked the property I reserved a room with two queen”

“We stayed with my family of 4. We had an 8 and 5 year old and the property was perfect for them. The pools were excellent as well as the beach. Communication was good and check in process was easy. The only down falls were the lack of towels provided and we were unaware we had to wash them ourselves and re use them. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but only 1 pod was provided so we had to run to the store to get detergent. There was only enough beach towels and shower towels for a day so we……
