"I booked this last minute with only a couple days notice and I am glad I did. What a great little cabin. It is very rustic and very homely. I was told service was not great but I had ZERO service and I loved it. No messing with technology just enjoying our days sitting by the forest. Me and my lady sat by the fire pit every night and we grilled meats as well. Hope has the cabin very clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!"

"Loved our stay! My husband and I came here after planning our wedding and ending his school semester. Such a fantastic place to enjoy doing NOTHING but also so much! We hiked, kayaked, hot tubbed and enjoyed the fire pit at night over looking the water. So peaceful and we will definitely be back!"

"Crescent City is the kind of place that will gentrify one day soon, because it's delightful. We loved our stay in the Tiny Homes, which were comfortable, quiet, and on a beautiful setting right on a small marina on the lake. The sights and sounds were lovely, and we enjoyed BBQ on the waterfront, strolling on the long dock, and boat ride on the very beautiful lake. It is a very small town (we have family there) so we had no expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was perfect."

"Lovely views at this cabin with one regular bedroom and one loft bedroom. We really enjoyed sitting on both the back and front porches listening to the birds and taking in the scenery. Our family loved playing pool and ping pong too. We were in the area for a wedding and this was so much better than a hotel!"

"We’ve been coming to salt spring for about 10 years or more. While the resort is not as nice as it used to be, at no fault of the hosts, our stay at his cottage was the best experience we’ve had. He made we had everything we needed and more and took pride in making our stay enjoyable despite the weather and resort issues not related to his cottage. "We love Lake Broward due to the water being clear and very little boat activity on the water. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock and the nice beach area for swimming. Kids enjoyed the stairs to the water. We also caught a few bass from the dock. Thanks for sharing your place with us."

"If I have any suggestions at all, it would be update the main bathroom toilet as it sits a little low and it was wobbling. The couch also could be updated as it sunk way down. Otherwise I love the people at the front desk, super friendly and kind. The facility was clean and enjoyed the pool. I still give it a 5 because I wasn’t there to sit on the couch anyway. "

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
