“This is a unique home! From the time we arrived until our departure, Judy and Don took great care to see that we were comfortable. The delicious breakfast is made from scratch each morning and served with great care by Judy and Don dressed in vintage attire and aprons. Breakfast times are chosen so that you can arrange more privacy or mingle with the hosts and other guests. The hallway is always stocked with homemade cookies to enjoy as well as tea and water . “The cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet! There are a couple of surrounding cabins but we had no others there during our stay so it was like we had our own paradise. It was perfect for me and other family memebers while we were down for a wedding! The owner was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing, etc. Would definitely recommend booking the Rustic Star!”

“Enjoyed our stay at your home, very clean and great location. Only issue was the mattress. We had a hard time sleeping on the 'extra firm' foam mattress.”

“The house was great. The community was very quiet and peaceful. Our time in the house was limited because we were away a majority of the time watching baseball games. We were hoping to take in more of the community on Sunday. However, it was raining. So, we had to leave. We hope to come back in the future when we have more time. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. Communication with the owner was great. Thank you for the hospitality.”
