“セルフチェックインは初めてでしたので少し戸惑いましたが、メールで対応を教えてもらえました。whatappを持っていたら良いかも。 ロビーにはいるのも鍵が必要なので、早めに着く場合は建物にも入れません。駅前で時間を潰したほうが良いでしょう。駅からはバスでVISAタッチで来ました。 部屋は広いしキレイで、居心地は良かったです。色々お菓子も置いていました。朝食はクーポン券で周りの店に行く方式でした。 周りは静かで特に夜も落ち着いていました。”

“Stayed in June 2026 for one night. Great location, have parking spot next the property. Worth to mention it is not a hotel but someone’s second home managed by private host, who was helpful and lovely. Small clean room with very comfortable bed, small shower. Breakfast was self serve and included coffee capsules (coffee machine and kettle in the shared living room), small packed fruit juice, and long-life croissants in the wrapping with few biscuits. “This was such a wonderful little spot and Francesco made our first time in Pisa feel so easy and supported! He fluently arranged our taxi pickup and met us on location to welcome us, orient us, and answer all of our questions. He provided the best recommendations for authentic fare and even a route to take to Pisa so we didn't miss any of the lesser -known attractions.
