“Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks”

“I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. I had to cover it with my hand just to finish my shower. The food at the hotel restaurant is not very good and the view from the rooftop is not as……
