This property should not be offered to anyone who expects the hotel, the rooms, or the staff to be prepared for guests! Upon arrival the 2 rooms which I had paid fot in full in advance were not ready for occpancy. They were not adequately supplied with "bathroom needs". One of the rooms door lock system, Room 306, was broken and the door was standing open and unable to lock. When reported to front desk, we were told it was " ok to lock and go out" and when we returned we could "call him" and he would come up to " jimmy" the lock to get it opened. This was totally unacceptable to us and requested a change of rooms but told that they had no rooms available. They said a repairman had been called but could not be repaired until the following day. Once in the room, it was noted that the bed frame was broken and that the matress closest to the headboard was on a definite decline down. Of course, once again there was no one to repair this so we had no alternative but to sleep with our heads where our feet would be and our feet would be where our head would be. It was not a good night of rest. We were told that all would be repaired by Sat but when we checked out on Sunday morning nothing had been repaired and we were not offered any kind of reimbursement. As a matter of fact not one person, management, or stateroom personel even came near our room when we were there and no mesasge left.
