Aréna Mike-Bossy Tours

The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. The sofa probably needs an upgrade. The location is right next to the small gondola which is amazing. The walls of the room are thin and we could hear people talking next door. We love the location and the new bathroom.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place
