Very friendly staff. The hot buffet has a great variety and very relaxing atmosphere to just be able to sit and relax when your finished eating. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby 24/7. Love the family atmosphere that also includes their friendliness towards dogs. We didn't bring our dog this time but will the next time. They have treats for dogs and pictures of the dog guests while even having Dog of the Day! The entire hotel is very clean. I highly recommend Hampton Inn!

Loved the breakfast. Nice variety and stocked well. Room was impeccably clean. I assumed that it would be a daily once over but not so. Apparently only every other day which is fine but it would have been nice to be told upon checking in. Also neglected to inform us time breakfast is available and or other amenities.

Justin our helpful and professional desk manager was lovely. He was a real problem solver and attentive when we called to sort out an issue with our room thermostat. He even tried to quiet a boisterous crowd that had taken over the lounge area making it difficult for other guests to sit and enjoy the space. The staff were excellent from the room service staff to the front desk and breakfast staff.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and staff were courteous. But….As we went to take elevator down from 5th floor, it appeared to be out of order. We had to walk all the way downstairs and ask what happened. Staff person said elevator was out of order. They did not notify guests of this (not even by posting sign at elevator doors). They are very lucky an emergency did not occur as they waited for repair service. Not everyone can handle stairs and have to rely on the elevator.
