Dichtbij zee en de boulevard en er zijn talloze restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, wel wat verouderd maar prima. De ventilatoren waren wel echt nodig. Heel fijn dat die er waren. Het enige nadeel is de Tiki bar aan de overkant. Je hebt behoorlijk wat overlast van die bezoekers.
