Getting Around:

You probably won't need a vehicle to get around. Most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit more remote places, there are various transportation options available in the city, such as taxis, car rentals or even bicycles. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of cycle paths that connect the main tourist spots of the city.



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.



It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.
