“No Hot-water”

“Buen ambiente familiar y una vista espectacular, tiene muchas actividades y música en la noche. Una de las piscinas cuenta con calentador. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que fuimos al restaurante y aunque los precios son módicos, la comida tardó más de una hora y todos los platos llegaron fríos”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Bar was packed with what we all love! A plus on service and professionalism. Food was "On Point" we dined in all the places to dine in. Bathrooms need updating in the rooms. Other than pleasant smiles and warm welcomes, I can't say I didnt love it!! ”

“The room was even nicer than in the pictures! Our room on the first floor opened right onto the courtyard and marina. So calm and relaxing. We would definitely come back here.”

“The property is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Our room had mosquitos and we got bit the first night. The next morning, they fumigated the room while we left for an hour. There were still mosquitos in the room that night. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. The boating amenities to Gilligan's Island were not available on our full day there, Tuesday. The weather was great so not sure why they didn't run that day. That was why we stayed here. When we got home, Copamarina……

“The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. ”
