"Great hotel for a longer stay as the rooms are spacious and had all the relevant necessities. Polite staff and we liked the refillable water flask. We did notice the taps/drains and other parts of the bathroom hadn’t been descaled/had some yellowing bits, but perhaps this was just general aging. Overall a good stay in a convenient area near the harbour front. "

"Everything about the Shangri La Kowloon is fantastic but there were a lot of the staff who lacked a lot in training and communication something I didn’t experience in previous stays at this property when perfection was the order of the day "
