“It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.”

“5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced……

“The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel! A member of the staff met us at our taxi drop off and carried our bags and guided us through old town to the hotel. He spent time with us going over a map where to eat and visit while in old town. Our room was very clean during the multiple days we stayed there. We loved the Nepresso coffee maker. The location of the hotel was perfect! When we left the hotel after our stay ended, the housekeeper insisted on helping carry our suitcases down……

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had……
