“If you read the website, the hotel state to offer breakfast, lunch and diner. That is NOT TRUE. No lunch during weekdays. We made a long trip to get to the hotel and expect to eat lunch. Not get in the car again. The quality of the local restaurants is "not up to international standards". We drove to two restaurants in villages which were given by the reception. In the second we decided to eat something. People only speak catalan; hard to communicate. It causes much irritation which is……

“Place was magical. Incredible views, architecture, service, food, etc. Rooms were huge and were cleaned daily, as well as towels replaced. The free breakfast was amazing, and Irene was always so attentive. Perfect place to stay and relax. Could not have been better.”

Being told one thing in person and then having the request denied……

“The hotel, room and location are beautiful. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and the interior design reflects the surrounding area and vibe quite well without being gimmicky. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a little tour. We did get the impression that it's not currently being run as a "full time" operation because we were the only guests and never saw any other staff apart for the nice lady serving us breakfast.
