We come to Scotland at least twice a year. We always pick the Tontine Hotel. It's the best one, with an excellent staff. Everybody there is so helpful

Quiet, comfortable ground floor room. Generously allowed me to check in early. Bed and pillows were super comfy and had a great nights sleep. Would happily stay there again!

This is a beautiful 1800s home updated with modern amenities yet retaining the old elements that a person wants when they choose an old Scottish manor house. The chef is extraordinary and innovative yet dependable. The house is far from restaraunts, stores and entertainment so you must have your own transport. Also, wifi connections are awful except in the library.

Quiet setting next to a golf course. Attentive staff. The room {#2} was very large as was the bathroom. It was a bit dated but still pleasant. Great golf course.

This was a beautiful place to spend the night! The room was large (with a surprisingly large bathroom), the dining was delicious, the service was impeccable and best of all, the employees were the nicest we’ve met on this trip to Scotland. We highly recommend the Oak Tree Inn!!

We loved our stay here! Great location in the West End next to the "Hop-on-Hop-off" tour bus line. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, excellent shower. I read some nit-picky reviews about this hotel on Expedia and I think those reviewers must not be frequent International travelers because this place was wonderful. Beautiful B & B, great local attractions within walking distance, clean and comfortable room. Their breakfast options are delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff from all parts of the team (restaurant, bar and hotel). Extremely clean and comfortable with a view to being eco-friendly. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner was high quality & value with a variety of choices. Had a small problem with logging onto the Wi-Fi at one point and seemed to be a little slow, but not really a big deal.

This hotel is different from a traditional hotel. Modern yet not too out there. Lots of young folks around since part of the facility is also a student housing. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Location is great too.
