Such a lovely stay here! Perfectly positioned on the beach with Adirondack chairs on the lawn, a coffee bar, helpful staff, comfy bed and cozy room. I'll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, friendly staff, well-appointed rooms and common area, and free parking. It is a warm and cozy atmosphere with B&B type feel with an OUTSTANDING view from the front porch and the indoor sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we could need for a long weekend at the beach from bikes to ride in and around town to coffee and drinks and beach chair and umbrellas. Great staff and very clean!

Such a beautiful stay at The Beach House Inn; the staff was wonderful and helpful! There are endless things to do in the Kennebunkport area, and The Beach House Inn provides a wonderful experience to accommodate your stay. Bikes to take into town, endless nearby beaches, and a thoughtful coffee and tea station were some of our favorite details!

This property was delightful. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were so well thought out, from the free bike use, to the free use of beach bags, towels, and chairs. the people were friendly and the property adorable. Parking was available and included. This property felt like it would have been perfect if it offered breakfast, but the coffee options were second to none. a great place to stay and an adorable town. Hightly recumbent taking a bike and riding into town for dinner and a look around.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and the lobby is bright and clean. It offers many amenities, including an espresso and cappuccino machine. However, our room featured, dirty, upholstered, chairs, and furniture that looked like it came from a Salvation Army fire sale. In addition, our room had no closet, only some hooks on which we could hang our clothing. The hotel definitely needs to refurbish its rooms, or else lower prices to match what they offer in terms of value.

We loved that we had access to bikes and beach chairs at anytime. We enjoyed a perfect honeymoon exploring Kennebunkport and relaxing at the nearby beach! The staff was excellent and accommodating as well.
