This was our fourth time staying at the Ritter. We stayed in the newer section which is brighter and has larger rooms. The breakfast is very good. The location, across the street from the Bus Station makes it a great location for transiting.

Lots of Character, Poor Location

NIce hotel, but the location was not great. Across from the bus station and in an area of the city you don't want to walk at night. Bar closed very early and the hotel has very limited restaurant hours. It obviously has lots of history and is well mintained, but not someplace we would stay again (Unless we were taking an early bus the next day).

boa recepção. só estranhei que o Sr. atendente me perguntou por 4 vezes se eu tinha pago pela "agência" depois me disse que o apt que reservei era muito ruim. me ofereceu um melhor. perguntei se ele está me dando um upgrade. disse que não, que o preço era de mais 60. pela janta nsustencia aceitei. o quarto era bom. com colchão confortável. banheiro pequeno para um hotel 4 estrelas . o bar que serve refeições a noite é extremamente demorado.

A principal virtude do hotel é a localização, perto das principais atrações de Porto Alegre. No entanto, numa área relativamente perigosa da cidade. O Quarto é razoável e o café da manhã é bom. É ótimo para quem quer ficar perto da rodoviária, pois o hotel é em frente.
