AMORE RENTALS - Villa Isabel with Sea View, Terraces and Internet Wi-Fi

A gorgeous villa overlooking the Amalfi Coast, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea during a sun-soaked stay.



You’ll find the beautiful Villa Isabel about 500 m from the centre of Praiano. The villa has a total living area of 120 m2 over two floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. An extra bed can be added on request, for a fee. It is situated at the top of 80 short steps from street level and boasts an extraordinary view of the sea from this vantage point.



You’ll be able to admire these magnificent views from either of the villa’s two large terraces.



The ground-floor terrace is 70 m2 in size and is furnished with everything you need for those perfect moments of total relaxation in the cool shade of a bougainvillaea pergola: tables, chairs, umbrella, and a portable BBQ. There is also a private hot tub on the terrace of 195x161x81 cm and open from April 1st to October 31.



On this same floor, you will also find two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a spacious living room. Here, you’ll be able to relax with comfortable furnishings, which include a sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and a table for six. The room also boasts a beautiful décor, typical of the Amalfi region and a French window leads straight onto the terrace.



Here on the ground floor, you will also find the kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, moka coffee maker, American-style coffee maker and a range of other appliances to make your stay a comfortable one. There’s even an iron and ironing board for those important moments!



Two bedrooms and a bathroom await you on the first floor, which is where you will also find the even larger second terrace of 90m2. Here, you will be able to enjoy an unparalleled view of the sea while you relax on one of the two armchairs, the sun lounger or the sofa.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS



Over the two floors of the villa, you will find 5 bedrooms in total, 4 of which are furnished with A/C and heating, and 3 bathrooms.





On the Ground floor (you can access the bedrooms from the terrace), you’ll find:



● Bedroom 1: Classic, wooden double bed, satellite TV and kitchenette with two electric burners, mini fridge and moka coffee maker

● Bedroom 2: Single bed, satellite TV

● Bedroom 3: Single bed (on request) - no air conditioning



● Bathroom 1: Sink, toilet, shower (this bathroom can be accessed from bedroom 1 and 2)

● Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, shower





On the first floor (the bedrooms and the bathroom are all accessed from the corridor), you’ll find:



● Bedroom 4: Classic double bed, single bed, window with sea view.

● Bedroom 5: Double bed, French windows leading to the terrace



● Bathroom 3: Sink, toilet, shower



You can also find all of the essential services for a carefree holiday, such as:

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:



• Damage deposit 300,00 euros

• Tourist tax 3,00 Euros per day per person from April 1 to October 31 for the first 7 nights. The children under 10 years do not pay.

• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM, 50,00 euros

• 1 extra bed for the 8th person, on request, 100 euros per night

• Crib, on request, 15,00 euros per day
