“We arrived around 10:00 pm with our 3yr old granddaughter and unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property due to them doing renovations on our floor. There was a strong smell of mold in the halls and room. They allowed us to cancel our reservation however we did not receive an immediate refund which would have put us in a real bind if we did not have the means to pay for another room somewhere else. Nor did the manager come out to address the situation or offer an apology for the……

I will note, the bed is very firm, so if you have a bad back like I do and need something a little softer, keep that in mind.
