“Wildrose Farmhouse was the perfect setting for our Board of Directors team building and strategic planning retreat! We enjoyed sitting on the porches and enjoying our coffee in the mornings, watching the wildlife (rabbits & hummingbirds), and getting to love on the dogs, especially Ruckus and Maggie Mae.The pool, hot tub, and Sonic ice maker were huge hits. Shawn set up an extra table and chairs in the dining room to make sure our group of eight could all eat meals together, moved furniture so……

“The house is clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge with an awesome walk in shower. The location is great as you are only a few minutes from 290 and access to Austin and Dripping Springs. You are also close to Wimberly and Kyle. Nice spot with all one could need. ”

“The host was very attentive, and the spaceproperty was full of character! Unfortunately, the house was extremely cold (say, around 55-60F for most of the stay). I suppose a cold front hit McKinney unexpectedly. I assumed the rental had appropriate accomodations to heat the house (which I expect from any hotel or rental without even looking at any description in the first place), but the description DOES claim that it has heating. Of course, this technically true, but the heaters were one wall……
