“He stayed at this hotel for the Arocha grand Sassa 2025. It was an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and made it very fun. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us. Love the coffee and the tune espresso macchiato put on especially for us thanks for the stay and will be back again. ”
“I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired……

“The breakfast buffet was varied and beyond the usual 4 item continental type. Eggs and bacon in a warming dish, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. There were toastable ham and cheese sandwiches and hot and room temperature pastries and cakes. And of course a coffee bar with a gifted barista. ”

“For English speaking traveler, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very nice and close to Fontana Novantanove Cannelle. Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. Well priced, good breakfast, incredible staff, and nice accomations.”
“The staff were helpful. The beer was cold and the breakfast was plentiful. A great place to see the old town from, a short taxi ride. We will be back.”
