“The hotel is perfectly located by the skislopes, short walking distance and only 1 minute by car but, the hotel is dated, lacks of TLC, it's advertised that has swimming pool available but apparently they shut it in March, that was one of the reason I booked this hotel, to use the pool and the spa facilities. The shower had hair from previous guests... the tv wasn't working and dinner which was included was below average. The staff was very nice and tried to do their best but unfortunately the……

“Great staff, friendly and service minded.”

“房間不大且舊了，沒有杯子可以喝水，床不是很舒服”

“bon petit hotel, mais ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles, ”

“From the moment you arrive, Miramare The Palace Hotel captivates you with its blend of historic Art Nouveau grandeur and modern luxury. Our Deluxe Double Room with a partial sea view was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It featured an exceptionally comfortable bed with premium bedding that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful extra goodies like a loofah, earplugs, face masks, and all the premium toiletries you could need. The……

“A very special, evocative and peaceful place!”

“Accueil très sympathique endroit charmant et calme très propre petit déjeuner excellent ”

“I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Mondovi . Barbara, the hotel owner , will tell you the story of this historic building and their restoration efforts. Since Barbara and her husband are in book publishing business too, each room has its own theme from a book. The theme of my room is little prince. I was so impressed how the room was decorated . The breakfast was very delicious and fresh . Staff are extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to this hotel……

“Great spa, delicious breakfast and the most lovely staff. Great location too”

“Friendly staff, location is great and lovely beech front position. Hotel is quite old and although fairly well maintained is showing its age since last refurbishment. We booked a room with sea view, which was correct but on the side of the hotel adjoining a part competed apartment block. The facilities on site are all chargeable so take account of that when making the reservation.”

“النظافة جيدة جداً والفطور مقبول”

“Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at……
