“As always, our weeklong stay was great! The home is clean, comfortable and provides everything we need for a wonderful getaway. We always enjoy the pontoon boat and getting out on the lake every day. And we appreciate the new generator that provides backup for those North Woods power outages that can accompany storms. Thanks for your prompt answers to any of our questions. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Magnificent property with plenty of room for all. Massive logs are incredibly impressive, deck is wonderful and complemented with a screened in gazebo. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our large family and a great room that is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and departed with grandchildren desiring to stay longer next time. The hosts are easy to deal with and aim to please. Thank you for making our time together as a family so enjoyable.”

“The best!”

“The motor lodge was quiet and very clean. You can tell the owners care about the property. Added bonus were the massage chairs! Also, it was very cold when we stayed and our car would not start up in the morning. We called the property manager to see if anyone was on site that could give us a jump. There was not but they made a call for us and someone was out to help within minutes. They also made sure we had access to the lobby so we would not freeze while we waited. They went above and beyond……

“Clean, well maintained, fun staff and extremely convenient location”

“The room was very cold and wasn’t heating up. I asked for more blankets and the staff was happy to provide them. They have a 500 watt heater in the room to help warm it up. I don’t mind sleeping in a cold room but initially it was a little uncomfortable. The temperature did increase from 61 degrees when we arrived to 66 degrees in the morning. The outside temperature was around freezing. I’m not sure what it would be like when it is minus 20.”

“Shower curtain was missing and the water was terrible.”
