"Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located in Rieti as well. So, if you are wanting to stay in the city center, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind as well. But be warned, this hotel has been touched since ~ 1950ish. To say it the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. "

"The property is stunning, amazing views of the mountains of Casaprota. The home Is comfortable, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Stefano was a great host, offering a lot of insight into all things Italy. We even had an opportunity to have an authentic Italian restaurant experience with him and his family, which was a pretty awesome experience. "Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto per l'offerta, abbiamo usufruito della colazione...

"Hotel da ristrutturare. Le camere sono grandi, ma hanno bisogno di una sistemata. Infissi, bagno e rubinetti in particolare. Colazione da migliorare in qualità e quantità. Posizione perfetta centrale e vicino alla stazione."

"We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."
