The staff made the stay enjoyable. Friendly and helpful. I had left the lught in my car on all night and it wouldn't start. A young man that works for you gave me a jump start. Wvwryine was accommodating and the room was comfortable.

Clening girl was so nice and always welcomed us. The loft was so clean and everyday she came to remove garbage and ensure everything was okay. Good location but you need a car about 20 minute walk to Center Pucon. Above all safe secure grounds and loft was very y comfortable. Recommended

Pucón was crowded even in early season. Full of fancy stores and excellent restaurants. There are tour companies galore. We enjoyed the feel of Pucón but were glad our hotel was just outside the city center.
