Great place to stay, as advertised. Sad about the hot-tub, being out of service. Convenient location.

The check in and out very convenient. The staff also quite friendly. The view from the top of the tower beautiful. I stayed in the Raven room in the water tower, it was quite dusty, I understand there is a lot of wood and antiques,however it can be dusted or wiped down with a damp cloth. The baseboards,door ridges etc. It made me concerned about how much effort is put into sanitizing touched surfaces. The first night very quiet and enjoyable. I can see how a "best practices " for staying in the tower could help others be more mindful. When your neighbors start to share the tower it gets very loud with the stomping, and the tower does shake, maybe these are characteristics I should have considered on my own? Overall I fell in love with the charm of the photos and felt a bit disappointed in the reality. For my stay at least I did not experience the magical charm that I saw in the photos and was hoping to enjoy. The location is very convenient, and appreciated the tower parking.

This place was beautiful! It was very private, which is exactly what we were looking for. I loved the view and of course the private hot tub. The beds were comfortable.
