"This place is incredibly charming. The room is nice, clean, and just downstairs is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast (included with the room) and apperitivo every night. This place is also only 2 blocks from the duomo, super convenient to everything. And the hosts were helpful with all my questions even when I needed a taxi to the station at the last minute. "The receptionist is the best ever! I feel the need to send her a little gift. She was so helpful and kind from start to finish and going above and beyond to help me during our stay. Helping me find rides, taxis in the rain, suggestions, book massage and spa, etc. I wish the room would have been a little cooler but that’s my only complaint. 100/10 recommend this hotel. "
