“The hotel itself and the staff are good, room is basic but spacious. We booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was a bit chilly which it took 2 days to become warm, also it would be helpful if there is an electric kettle in the room. I am taking a star off because the taxi driver the front desk arranged to take us to the bus terminal was terrible! First, the cost was ridiculous, we were quoted by the front desk for 15000 Chilean pesos from the hotel to the bus terminal (only 8mins away) then when……

“Incredible breakfast. This was our favorite hotel stay of our Patagonia trip. Very unique and cool experience styled hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very reasonable and great. Great view of the sea”

“Carlos is a very nice and accommodating host. Definitely a good pick for your stay in puerta natales.”

“The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location”

“The room was spotless, bright and sunny, great view. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. It did not have a mini fridge, which would have been helpful as we had snacks for our hiking. And also wish they had a fan- it was warm at night”
