“Property and surroundings beautiful. When we saw the size of Tauranga, first timers, we were worried we would have difficulty finding this gem. It was so simple and easy. And wonderful companion for Merlin in Zeus and the parents of Zeus were great too.”

Kitchen much improved with nice double door fridge, excellent grocery storage. Has a breakfast extension for 5, as well as a dining room table with seating for 5 and high chairs at table on verandah, which overlooks the busy road. Sofa orientated towards TV with beach behind you. Tastefully……

“Matata Way appears on google maps but apparently does not exist. There was no signage for Matata anywhere, not even on the building. It was only as we walked down the driveway that we were told we had arrived.The unit itself was good, warm and well stocked. We were very comfortable.”
