“Overall very good and staff was helpful and offer us early check in. Only got inquired was the hotel swimming pool seem offer peoples in public. I saw so many persons seem not stay in hotel but still can use the swimming pool. If so i think this is the only think we dont like.

“Located at Tauranga CBD, easily accessible to everything you needed. check-in and -out was fast and staff were friendly. The complimentary drinks and fruits were great. The room was tidy and clean. Very comfortable. highly recommended if you travel with your family. ”

“A music concert was held in the garden opposite to the hotel with closure of road outside the hotel during my stay. Hotel operator had in advance communicated with the local police in that hotel guests with car could still drive into hotel garage with exemption. The arrangement was highly appreciated.”
