“This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. The owner is wonderful; she invited my friend and me for tea, picked us up in her SUV since our tuk-tuk couldn't make it up the hill due to an earlier accident, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in. “What a great experience! Shameera and crew were so hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. As we checked in, a pot of tea and snacks were brought in. The villa is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is amazing - sunrise was unreal. The daily breakfast was amazing as well. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! ”

“除了用餐准备时间太长外，几乎无可挑剔。
不知道为什么会把酒店名翻译成“象牙”，太误导了。这是奥利芬家族私邸改建的酒店。
酒店很多基础设施，都有150年历史。即便新配置的家具，多半也是安装殖民时期的风格配置的，所以一走进酒店就有穿越到十九世纪的感觉。
入住当天只有我们一行5人，所以两个管家服务的很周到。只是用餐准备的时间太 长，从点餐到上前餐花了一个多小时时间，因为现点现做，后厨只有一个厨师和帮手的原因。这难免引起我们的不快，我们的不满弄得两位管家很紧张，反而让我们有些心不安。晚餐虽然准备时间很长，但做的很地道，于是把不满化作感谢，大家皆大欢喜。”

“This is a lovely boutique villa in a peaceful and quiet location near the 4th tee of the golf course. From the back porch there is a beautiful view of part of the golf course and green-top mountains across Kandy Lake.
The villa is well-maintained by Ramya who looked after us from morning to evening. She was very friendly and attentive and even brought her sweet little daughter, Nithmi, along with her. My infant daughter enjoyed her company very much.

“My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip.
