The farmhouse, which can accommodate up to ten people, is not equipped with heating and is free on 3 sides while on one side it borders the owners' house and at 50 meters. away from the farmhouse there is the other real estate unit (the annex) which can accommodate up to four people. Cosy, simple farmhouse "Le Bonatte". 1.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 39 km from the centre of Siena, 56 km from the centre of Firenze, located by a road. For shared use: natural garden. Private: swimming pool fenced (5 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 10.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue.
