It was great to find a last minute room that was pet-friendly. The room was basic, but comfortable for what was needed. The neighbors were a little noisy at first, but once we were asleep it didnt matter.

When you first arrive, the area might seem a little sketchy, but once you step inside, speak with the staff, and get settled into your room, you’ll find it’s much better than it appears. My only minor issue was that the bottom of the door in my room could use a proper seal. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay while visiting for the Dreamville Festival 2025. Everything went smoothly, and if this were my only available option for lodging during the festival again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. The neighborhood might look a bit rough at first glance, but it’s not bad at all. I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The price online was budget-friendly and it's great that the brand doesn't charge for pet fees. However, the room does need maintenence or a deep clean. The smells got into the room, there was mold on the curtains and some dark spots on the ceiling, one roach seen inside that I killed. I did have a nice experience ordering food in and sharing with the pups before a movie; the location is convenient to shopping and the interstate. I would have liked more towels and a better maintained space sans most of those smells. Soaps didn't seem to be for me/my skin either. Overall some very memorably positive moments inside some less than desirable conditions.

Very filthy nice staff

Very rundown there was boogers all over the wall. The baseboards are absolutely disgusting. There was cigarette butts underneath the entertainment center. There was a hairball in the AC unit. I never got fresh towel. I didn’t ask for any. I had to take the microwave off of the refrigerator and put it on the dresser so we could plug-in. The AC kept making a loud rattling sound. My room did not come as I ordered. I asked for one queen bed. I got two beds it showed. I had a bathtub. I had a handicap shower. The staff was very nice.

They need more than 2 spaces for handicapped parking. One of those has been set up for eelectric vehicles. This makes it quite difficult for those who, like myself, are indeed unable to walk without the aid of a walker or some other type of assistance. I have mentioned this in previous surveys about my stays. This time there was a lot of loud talking, running and other noise and it was almost impossible to sleep thru the night. I did make a mistake on the date of my checkout and they were very understanding.
