“Stunning place, a wow experience only minus was the 10 euro breakfast you can't eat it in the restaurant, it gets brought to you in the bar lobby. I am gluten intolerant so I got a coffee and an apple brought. Felt expensive for 10 euros. It was a shame as this was the last experience we walked away with. Hotel please look at this rules not being able to eat in brasserie like 19 euro breakfast especially when it is half empty as it was when we went, it let's down your amazing place. Overall as……

“I was placed in the annexe which is an extraordinary building with a marvellous basalt spiral staircase. Excellent position for walking around the old town. The facilities in the room were fine with a comfy bed and clean - though slightly cramped bathroom with a very good shower. The only negative was that the wall to the adjoining room was thin and I could hear everything - even walking around - that went on. Other than that it is a good place for a stay in Riom.”
