"The resort garden were very well kept the whole resort looked out over the ocean , pool area was very nice we pretty much had the place to ourselves, we spent 7 days so had scooters to get to the main part of Lovina for coffees and dinners , dinner at the resort was still good as all the meals were. Staff were very helpful organising some daily activities for us and kept our room clean and tidy only down side bathroom was a little dated other than that we enjoyed our stay"

Weda and Eka were amazing - beautifully cooked fresh food, packed a takeaway breakfast for an early morning dolphin swim, shuttle into town for free, the best home made kombucha I've ever tried and discounts on local eateries. Sadly, no hot water the whole time we were there. I raised it but it wasn't fixed and despite paying an extra person charge when booking, we were then charged again but still no water issues fixed. "Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."

"Excellent property with unbelievable staff.I will start with the only negative I can write about… where the property is beachfront it lacks some privacy. Other properties have walls to screen… on several occasions we had people sit right next to where we sunbathed which was really uncomfortable. Staff did their best to move them on but this absolutely needs fixing and took some shine off an otherwise magical stay. Please do something about this for the sake of future guests.Ok so the good stuff… property is massive and the bathrooms are dreamy. Showering outdoors to the sounds of Bali was epic.By far the best part is the staff. Jutta (driver) absolutely made our holiday… driver, tour guide, all round great person made our stay the best trip ever. No day is too long for him, he will take you anywhere and show you hidden gems along the way. Without us asking, he even went to the length of staying with family in the South just to stay with us for 3 days. Absolute hero and couldn’t recommend hiring him enough… money I would spend ten times over. Listen to his guidance and recommendations!Ayu & Sepi are the best. Make the best meals and nothing is too much trouble for them. They never felt like they intruded on us but were always there. It’s a great location and I would highly recommend a private boat at Mengenjan Island and Aling Aling waterfalls…. We went to both twice and Jutta will get you the best guides.Thank you for the best holiday!"

"The location is amazing with an infinity pool right on the coast to watch the surfers riding the longest wave in Bali, just in front of you.. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are large with a lovely balcony with an outdoor lounge suite to relax on. Good food and a great spot to enjoy for a few nights."
