About this property
Sina Pool Villa Rarotonga
- Escape to your own private Rarotonga hideaway.
Tucked peacefully away from the main road and surrounded by tropical gardens, Sina Pool Villa gives families and groups something increasingly hard to find — privacy, space and your own private pool, while still being close to everything.
This spacious three-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 guests and is made for families and friends who want to holiday together without living on top of one another.
The heart of Sina is the private swimming pool and outdoor living area. Spend your mornings over coffee looking towards beautiful Raemaru Mountain, your afternoons cooling off in the pool, and your evenings enjoying relaxed alfresco dining together.
The pool area is fully fenced, giving families with children additional peace of mind.
Inside, the villa is big, open and comfortable. Three generous bedrooms, large living and dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen give everyone room to spread out, relax and enjoy island time.
And then there's the location.
Sina feels tucked away from it all, yet you're only a short drive from Rarotonga's main town, airport, beautiful swimming and snorkelling beaches and some fantastic restaurants and cafés.
That's what makes Sina different.
You don't have to choose between privacy and convenience — you get both.
What you'll love:
• Private swimming pool
• Fully fenced pool area
• 3 spacious bedrooms — sleeps up to 8
• Large open-plan living and dining
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Alfresco outdoor dining
• Unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi

The property is lovely and clean. You would need a vehicle for ease of getting around. Rarotonga is a beautiful island and the people are very friendly.

Family Holiday, Simply the best!
My family and I had the visit of our lifetime on Rarotonga. Sina Pool Villa was our home away from home. Aundrey was an amazing host. From the beginning to the end of our stay, communication was on point. During our stay, We experienced a hiccup with the propane tank, I sent an email to Aundrey, he was there offering to take care of it and it was done✌.
The home is very comfortable, my favorite area was the outdoor seating for dining. The location, away from it all. The peaceful feeling of being tucked away, off the main road. There were friendly chickens and a friendly dog who roamed around and the area, other than that my grandsons and I enjoyed seeing them. I can’t say enough about the pool, it was a welcome for sure after being out all day at the beach.
We will return to stay at Sina Pool Villa.
Mahalo Aundrey, for your hospitality.
