"The property is one block off the beach and just a perfect place to camp. We had a beautiful room, they took good care of us, and we would not hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Hampton Beach. I would suggest anyone over sixty ask for a first floor accommodations, no elevator. We didn’t hear loud noises other than the guys out peacocking on the strip in their vehicles. We sat on the front steps and watched the fireworks. We actually look forward to next summer."

"I couldn’t believe how clean the room was, they even vacuum under the bed! It is an older building so the water pressure isn’t the greatest. And an odd thing that stuck out was that the light switch for the bathroom was in the closet. But everything was very clean and spacious."

"We realized we stayed here once before and we agreed we'd stay here again. So glad we remembered where it was. We love the convenience, parking, cleanliness and great staff. We are staying here again for business soon. Great price and so very nice, clean and quiet. Great place for 2 people or business trips."
