“Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice.”

“We had a bug infested room. The AC did not work well. Our key card died and we could not get in our room. There was visible mold in the air conditioner and around the room. The floor was rotted.”

“This is a great location if you are looking for both a pool and a beach. It wasn't far from restaurants and shops. The restaurant and bar were great for breakfast and lunch while at the pool. We had an issue when we first check in because we were given the wrong room. However, the manager handled the situation well. He was kind, professional, and cared about making things right in which he generously compensated us for the inconvenience. Although the situation wasn't ideal, the customer service……

“To be fair, the staff was respectful and attentive despite the property’s many challenges. The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility.”
