The neighborhood is relatively sketchy but the hotel room was the real problem. The pillows smelled like old sweat and the carpet and bedding was in pretty bad shape. The lady at the front desk was nice but the people in the room next door were drug addicts who stayed up all night yelling racial slurs. It was just a bad experience. This was a gross hotel in a bad neighborhood. I checked in at 9pm and the hotel manager had you stand outside and check in through a slider window.
