"The room was really nice spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful"

"Stay was great. Included breakfast was awesome, staff were very kind and helpful, would absolutely stay here again. Only thing to keep in mind is that parking is €17 a night. There’s free street parking across from the hotel if you can find it, but just be prepared to pay if you can’t. That being said we were able to find a spot easily."

"Within 5 - 10 minutes walk to train station. Across the street from hotel is a very nice mall (Arcaden). Between Arcaden and next to and above train tracks is a walk way to bahnhof. Arcaden and the area have some good shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Great bed."

"The property was clean and well organised. There was parking available and the check-in member of staff was polite. When we were leaving the property I waited my turn at the reception to ask the receptionist a question but she was minimal and dismissive. Actually the complete opposite to the person before me and after me, where she was smiley and polite. I find such attitude unwelcoming and discriminating."

"Hotel: The hotel itself was absolutely fine. Clean, modern and generally very pleasant. Check-in: The lady at the check-in was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. She constantly interrupted me when I asked about the parking reservation that I had made, she went on about the breakfast that I didn’t reserve and was generally very unfriendly to deal with. She also told me I didn’t have a booking until she actually read my German ID card properly. This was not what I needed after such a long drive and certainly not what I would expect from front office staff at a four star hotel. Check-out: Conversely, the short conversation I had with the lady on reception when I checked out using the online check-out in the morning was extremely friendly and thankful. "
