Features include 5 Bedrooms (2 with sliders to the patio!), 5 1/2 baths, gourmet island kitchen that opens to the living & dining room and a separate seating area, large upper floor deck with spacious seating and a fire table for relaxing at night, refreshing outdoor shower and a large front porch to enjoy the essence and charm of Rehoboth. Driveway has parking for 3 cars and there are 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits provide for use during your stay.
Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent. $500 optional heated pool fee per week, ask your agent for details.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).
