OVERVIEW: Welcome to the Cloisters! Clean and airy, this condo is on the first floor with very few steps to enter. It offers two bedrooms, a den, and one bath and comfortably sleeps six. Ceiling fans are throughout, and the kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. An enclosed porch off the back provides a dining area filled with natural light. Book this home and enjoy a true beach vacation without breaking the bank!
LOCATION: This property is in a great location in the heart of South Rehoboth Beach, just steps from the beach and our famous Boardwalk! It is ideal for the perfect beach getaway, as you can park your car and walk everywhere.
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, shared charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, and washer & dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Do not block the shared driveway. Linens are not supplied, but we do offer a linen rental package to guests. No smoking and no pets!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
